These terms apply to the website kechulada.studio, the newsletter and the tools the studio uses to publish on its own social media accounts. By using the site or subscribing, you accept them.
01The website
The content of the site (texts, images, videos, logos, the devlog and the press kit) belongs to Kechulada Studio unless stated otherwise. Press kit material may be used to cover the studio and its games; anything else requires permission.
02The newsletter
Subscribing is free and voluntary. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email. We do not guarantee a sending frequency.
03Publishing tools
The integrations with TikTok, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, X and Bluesky are for the studio's internal use: they publish on the studio's own accounts and read its own statistics. We do not offer these tools to third parties or publish on anyone else's behalf.
04Kern Panic and other games
Buying and playing our games is governed by the terms of the store where you get them (for example, Steam). What this site says about the games is informational and may change during development.
05No warranties
The site and the newsletter are provided as is. We do our best to keep them available and accurate, but we do not guarantee they are error-free, and we accept no liability for damages arising from their use, to the extent permitted by law.
06Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. We may update them; the date above indicates the current version.
